1st Option Title was founded by Scott Horne, a title attorney and real estate investor who experienced title problems firsthand. We built a company specifically for the transactions other title companies struggle with.
Our Story
Scott Horne is a title attorney and real estate investor with decades of experience. After experiencing title problems as an investor, he saw that most title companies didn't understand investor transactions and weren't equipped to handle them.
He founded 1st Option Title to solve that problem. Today, we specialize in the transactions that other title companies turn away: double closings, creative finance, complex title issues, and every kind of investor deal.
We handle every type of investor transaction. Select a service to learn more.
