Stefanie is a seasoned Escrow Officer with 34 years of experience in the title and escrow industry and more than 15 years of management experience. Her expertise includes residential transactions and customer service, with an emphasis on smooth and successful closings. Stefanie joined the 1st Option Title team in Arizona and supports the escrow team through her extensive experience and collaborative approach. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her two grandchildren, and walking her toy Australian Shepherd.

Rebecca Misquez

With nearly 30 years of experience in real estate, title, and escrow, Rebecca Misquez brings extensive industry knowledge, a hands-on approach, and a genuine passion for helping people successfully navigate the closing process. Rebecca’s career has touched nearly every side of a real estate transaction. Her experience includes residential sales and refinances, luxury real estate, new construction and builder transactions, investment properties, 1031 exchanges, vacant land, mobile homes, and complex transactions. Her background also extends into branch management, property management, construction, real estate investing, and business development—giving her a unique understanding of a transaction from far beyond the escrow desk. Now proudly serving as a Senior Escrow Officer and Business Development professional with 1st Option Title, Rebecca is excited to be back doing what she loves most: closing transactions and building lasting relationships. She is known for being responsive, solutions-focused, and deeply committed to providing exceptional service to her agents, lenders, investors, buyers, and sellers. Originally from New Mexico and raised in Arizona from her teenage years, Rebecca has deep roots in the Southwest and is incredibly proud of her Apache Native American and Mexican-American heritage. Her culture and connection to the Southwest are an important part of who she is and have shaped her strong sense of resilience, authenticity, and community. She carries that pride into both her personal life and her career, building relationships through genuine connection, respect, and a commitment to serving others. Outside of the office, Rebecca’s greatest joy is her daughter, Izabella. She’s also a proud pit bull mom, a lover of great music, and happiest near the water—especially on the beaches of Mexico. Give her sunshine, an ocean, a paddleboard, or a weekend camping outdoors, and she’s in her happy place. She also enjoys gardening, fashion, and making the most of life with the people she loves. Tina is a true veteran of the real estate world, bringing 35 years of escrow and title experience to our team. Her impressive career also includes time spent as a mortgage funder and five years as a real estate agent. Because she has worked across multiple facets of the industry, Tina has an in-depth understanding of the unique needs and moving parts behind every transaction. When she is not helping clients successfully close their deals, you can find her traveling or enjoying time with her daughter and grandchild.

Alexandra Cantu

Alexandra is a Title Assistant with a strong background as a Transaction Coordinator in both traditional and creative real-estate transactions. Her transaction-coordination experience helps her anticipate challenges, stay organized, and keep files moving smoothly from beginning to end. She is a military spouse and mother of two and is known for being a professional, solutions-oriented problem solver.
