Sharon Figueroa

Sharon enjoys seeing how creative transactions can benefit the people involved. Her experience includes transactions in which sellers may avoid foreclosure and, in some situations, buy or rent properties back, as well as helping buyers who may not have been able to purchase through traditional mortgage financing. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, spending time with family, and experiencing different cultures and traditions.
