Stefanie Tavares

Stefanie is a seasoned Escrow Officer with 34 years of experience in the title and escrow industry and more than 15 years of management experience. Her expertise includes residential transactions and customer service, with an emphasis on smooth and successful closings. Nationwide closings are available, with closings outside Texas and Arizona handled through OFN Creative Closings. Stefanie joined the 1st Option Title team in Arizona and supports the escrow team through her extensive experience and collaborative approach. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her two grandchildren, and walking her toy Australian Shepherd.
